Adopted, the cats assist the owner in reviving the noodle store, which is on the verge of closing.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic, causing heavy losses in people and property in many parts of the world, especially the service industries, many companies and restaurants have had to close because they could not stand. And the restaurant of the boy Naoki Teraoka from Japan is one of them. From Bored Panda’s information, the owner is a Diorama enthusiast – meaning “tablecloth” or miniature model. Therefore, in 2018, Naoki opened a ramen restaurant with the same name and modified the scene of the railway station. This is the ideal place for guests to both enjoy the taste and admire the beautiful and unique landscape.

However, because of the strong outbreak of the pandemic, the boy’s shop was on the verge of bankruptcy. Naoki has a series of financial dilemmas. He said that he and his family tried their best to carry on for a long time to the point of physical and mental exhaustion. As if the “brainchild” was about to close, suddenly there were “uninvited guests” to visit. Naoki did not expect that the above characters would change the destiny of his life. Accordingly, in early June 2020, there was a stray cat about 10 days old in front of the shop. Although the conditions are not too favorable, but the nature is honest and loves animals, so Naoki decides to let the big boss “naturalize” and call him Simba.

Surprisingly, the next morning the family saw the cat peeking out the door, guessing that this was Simba’s mother. At that time, the restaurant was extremely empty, so there was a lot of leftover food, so Naoki divided it all among the four-legged friends.

1 month later, the cat’s mother continued to let go of 3 other “children” who came to the boy to take care of him. Looking at the lovely orphaned children, Naoki suddenly had a new idea, he wanted to use these “network stars” as a new image, creating a unique feature for Diorama. The young man told Bored Panda: “ At that time, money was extremely limited, but I thought it was not too expensive to raise a few more cats. While the family was thinking we were helping the bosses, but actually the situation went in the opposite direction!

The children are extremely innocent and rebellious, they freely climb, explore and explore on the models. Naoki felt that moment was very special, so he took a photo and posted it on Instagram. Unexpectedly, the series of photos attracted a series of interactions. Since then, the ramen shop has also become famous, known and visited by many people. The bosses are also friendly and hospitable.

Gradually, the number of visitors to Diorama is increasing. But because of the epidemic, Naoki is only open 4 hours a day from 5 pm to 9 pm, on weekends, it starts at 12 noon. Admission is also very affordable, entrance fee is 300 yen / hour, if you use more water, 1000 yen / hour (about 198,000 VND). Currently, the number of cats has reached 14. Naoki does a lot of rescues and helps orphaned animals. The restaurant attracted the attention of the media, the ramen shop “covered” in the newspapers, leading to a rapid increase in sales, expensive shopping.

In particular, in 2021, the owner built a hotel and shelter for cats on the second floor of the restaurant. Apparently, Naoki wanted to use this way to show gratitude to the “furry creatures”. They have helped the family overcome difficulties and succeed in the culinary field.

As of now, the restaurant’s Instagram page has nearly 40,000 followers. Through the moments Naoki shared, it can be seen that Diorama’s business situation is extremely good, maintaining an extremely stable number of customers. Besides, the young man also adopted four-legged boys. Many people think that this is a story about saving things and giving things back! Naoki in a difficult situation is not afraid to give love, and the result is an extremely large gift. What about you, what do you think about the unique “sand table” model and the “4-legged stars” who have business talent just by lounging around and playing comfortably? Please share
