One such adventurous kitty is Mert, a gray and white little ball of energy, who has won the hearts of many with her daring antics.
Like most kittens, Mert was always eager to explore everything around her. But one day, her curiosity led her to a moment that left her owner shocked.
It all happened on an ordinary day. While Mert’s owner was busy cleaning her litter box, the playful kitten saw an opportunity for mischief.
She jumped onto the bed, which gave her a great view of the bathroom. But then, in a moment of excitement, she leaped right into the toilet bowl, vanishing from sight! As her owner shared:
“We have set Mert up in the laundry where there is also a bathroom and I was cleaning her litter tray. She climbed up her bed and plunged into the toilet.”
Luckily, Mert’s owner acted fast when her kitten found herself in a bit of trouble. She gently pulled Mert out of the toilet and dried her off.
Even though it was a scary experience for the little kitty, she came out okay, just a little soggy. Surprisingly, Mert bounced back quickly and was soon back to her playful self.
However, the whole story got even more interesting when Mert’s owner posted a TikTok video showing Mert clinging to the toilet bowl.
In the video, Mert’s eyes looked like she was ready for more mischief, and she definitely got into some! The owner added:
“She just looked so funny in there. I took her out and washed her straight away.”
Later, the owner updated everyone with a picture of Mert looking “super sleepy” after her toilet escapade, but she was perfectly fine.
Now, she’s back to having fun with the dog. When her owner asked if she would try it again, Mert seemed to say she probably wouldn’t.
