Realizing he’s too fat, the kitten is working out inside a gym in China in an attempt to burn off excess fat.

Video recorded by the cat’s owner shows this healthy, fat cat doing sit-ups next to a desk at a gym in Jining City.

The video was posted on social media Douyin with the caption: “Where did my gym card go?”.

This isn’t the first time this fitness-conscious cat has been spotted at the gym. The cat tries to build muscle by watching people come to the gym and then imitate.

The cat’s owner discovered it did 11 sit-ups, rolled on the mat, and began a second set of eight sit-ups. It trains the abs to tone with the change of sitting position on the desk.

The video has since gone viral, with many social media users sharing their thoughts on the adorable video.
