Lionel Messi spent time with local children before preparing for the MLS playoffs.
Messi surprised a group of children at the Hollywood Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Tuesday night to unveil his new Captain Messi toy, which will be available on the Hard Rock’s new kids menu.
In a statement, Messi stated, “My kids and I love watching superhero movies together, so it was great to work with Hard Rock to make Captain Messi.” “I hope it inspires families and young fans to achieve great things if they put in the necessary effort and have faith in themselves.”
Beginning on October 23rd, the limited-edition Captain Messi toy will be given out for free with a Messi Kids Meal or sold separately. Additionally, a new Captain Messi line is available for purchase at Rock Shops worldwide. Pajamas, water bottles, lunchboxes, and other items are included.
Two new kid-friendly menu items, pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza, will be added by The Hard Rock shortly following the release of the Captain Messi toy.
Jim Allen, the CEO of Hard Rock, discussed the company’s continued partnership with Messi during the event.
“He’s one of the most well-known individuals on the planet, but what matters most is his character and his admirable outlook on life, such as assisting others and children and making an effort to do good deeds for others.”
In order to support relief efforts for those harmed by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Allen, Messi, and other members of Seminole Hard Rock donated a check for $500,000 to Chef José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen and another check for the same amount to the American Red Cross.
