It’s not the first time one of Messi’s sons has impressed in football. Eldest son Thiago, 11, just helped Inter Miami U12 win the Easter International Cup earlier this month.
At the 2022 World Cup, Mateo was scolded twice by his mother for jumping on chairs and throwing lollipops into the stands where the fans were. During the celebration of Argentina’s victory in the World Cup, Mateo also became angry when his father did not pay attention to him.
