Lionel Messi capped off an eventful week by attending Maluma’s concert at the Kaseya Center in Miami on Saturday night.
Earlier in the week, the Argentine superstar secured his eighth Ballon d’Or, surpassing competitors like Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe. To celebrate, he enjoyed the vibrant performance of the Colombian singer.
In a video from the concert, Messi was seen tapping his hand to the music and waving to enthusiastic fans from a private section. He later posed for a photo outside, giving a thumbs up to the camera.
Messi wore a beige knit sweater, gray pants, and a gold watch for the occasion. He had just returned to South Florida after attending the Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris, following the end of the MLS season with Inter Miami. The Herons did not qualify for the postseason and played their final regular season match on October 21.
At the Ballon d’Or event, Messi was joined by his wife, Antonella Roccuzzo, and their three sons—Mateo, Thiago, and Ciro. He played a crucial role in Argentina’s World Cup victory last year, scoring seven goals, including two in the final.
Before moving to Inter Miami, Messi netted 32 goals in 55 appearances for PSG. Although he helped lead Miami to its first trophy in the Leagues Cup, he made only six league appearances due to injury and international duties with Argentina.
