Sadio Mané was born in Bambali, Sédhiou, Senegal, on April 10, 1992. He plays forward for both the Senegal national team and Bundesliga club Bayern Munich.
He is a Senegalese professional football player. He is well known for his dribbling, pressing, and pace. He is regarded as among the finest African players of all time and one of the top players in the entire world.
At the age of 19, Mané began his professional career with Ligue 2 team Metz but departed after just one season to join Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg in 2012.
Red Bull Salzburg won both the domestic league and cup in the 2013–14 season. Later that summer, for a then-club-record fee of £11.8 million, Mané went to Southampton in England.
The Sédhiou Department, one of Senegal’s 45 departments, is one of the three departments that make up the Sédhiou Region, which was formerly a part of the Kolda Region.
The department is made up of the communes of Diannah Malary, Marsassoum, and Sédhiou.
