Draymond Green and LeBron James have maintained a close relationship on the basketball court but have a close bond with each other. Green’s Warriors and LeBron’s Cavaliers reached four consecutive NBA Finals from 2015 to 2018.
Despite the scandal, the two stars are still best friends. With Father Time catching up with both of them, many wondered if they would be able to play together before their careers ended. For Dray, Bron’s chances of becoming an NBA teammate are slim because he has no intention of changing his uniform.
“Unless Bron goes to Golden State, I really don’t see that happening. For me personally, if the Warriors get me until me
I’m done and I tie my shoelaces in a knot and throw everything on top of the phone line, that’s where I’m going,” Dray said on the Point Game podcast.
Green wants to finish his career in Golden State
The possibility of collaborating with James had crossed his mind before. Dray said that Bron is like a brother to him and loves King to death, but for now, Green wants to end his career where it began.
