It’s a shame that no one wants to adopt a kitten with a genetic defect. However, these little cats are very cute, playful and affectionate. Take Hopper, for example.
This 9-month-old cat was born without ears and was abandoned by the Alaska Humane Society because his family could no longer care for him.
Shelter staff have had difficulty finding an adoptive family for Hopper, but so far all their attempts have been in vain.
Despite everything, the shelter staff does not give up hope and continues to do everything in their power to find a loving family for Hopper. The latter, for his part, greets all those who come to see him with boundless energy, because he is desperately looking for a new home.
Despite his genetic abnormality, Hopper is a happy, healthy kitten who behaves like any other kitten his age.
The volunteers at the shelter are under the spell of this mischievous and affectionate little cat, and this is also the case for a couple from Alaska, who decided to adopt him without delay.
The couple was amazed to see Hopper jump up on his hind legs and move his paws when he saw them coming. The lack of an ear didn’t deter them at all from adopting him, because for them, Hopper is simply perfect just the way he is.
