Children are not the only ones who like birthday parties. Billy, a big  dog, was delighted when his family threw him a party to celebrate his 13th birthday.

The day started with a shot of the birthday boy wearing a birthday hat standing with his family. His mother, Katie De Souza, said on Facebook, ” Billy, we wish you a very happy 13th birthday!! He makes us very happy, and we love him!”

Birthday should be celebrated with candles, singing and a cake by candlelight with a birthday wish. Billy’s aunt and uncle handed him a new toy, and the whole family sang to him.

While his family was singing “Happy birthday”, the little dog could not control his joy looking at his birthday cake. He had to use all his strength to prevent licking the cake. After the song, his mother asked for a kiss, which he easily accepted.

One of the most exciting components of the birthday celebration is to make a wish by blowing out the candles on the cake. Katie helped her  pet dog by extinguishing his candles. Billy’s main wish for this day was that it would never end.

Billy, happy birthday! We wish you happier and healthier years. All dogs deserve to be treated this way.
